You can reach us in many ways, whether by car, train, bus, plane or ship. And Friedrichshafen also offers you many possibilities to be mobile without your own car!
By car
The Christmas Market is located in the pedestrian area, close to the Zeppelin Museum. If you come by car, simply follow the signs to „Stadtmitte“.
Here you will find plenty of parking space within a 5-minute walk, e.g. in the car park „Parkhaus am See“, the car park „Altstadt“ or the parking lot at the harbour.

By bus
You can reach Friedrichshafen by long-distance bus from Munich, Freiburg and Zurich, for example, or by regional bus via the Alb Bodensee regional bus service (RAB). Depending on the route, you can get off at the Stadtbahnhof station, at the "Stadtmitte" stop or directly at the Hafenbahnhof station, which adjoins the Christmas Market. Tip: Bus tour organisers can also let their guests get off comfortably here!

With its modern low-floor buses, city traffic Friedrichshafen operates 15 day and 6 evening lines in Friedrichshafen and the surrounding area for its guests and stops at both the "Stadtbahnhof" and "Hafenbahnhof" stops, where you can easily reach the Christmas market on foot in 1 minute.
City traffic´s very special offer: on Advent Saturdays the one-way ticket is valid as a return ticket!
By train
You can also reach the Friedrichshafen Christmas Market comfortably and stress-free by train. The Christmas market is located directly next to the „Hafenbahnhof“-station - but you can also reach the market from the „Stadtbahnhof“-station in about 15 minutes on foot along the beautiful shore of Lake Constance.

By ship
By ship, with the Lake Constance ferry from Romanshorn (Switzerland) or with the catamaran from Constance, you arrive in the middle of the Christmas market! It couldn't be more comfortable!
In addition, the liner ships of Bodensee Schiffsbetriebe GmbH operate seasonally from and to Friedrichshafen and special round trips are also offered in winter. Enjoy the beautiful view from the lake to the harbour Friedrichshafen and the sea of lights of the Christmas market!
By plane
Use the airport Friedrichshafen! Thanks to numerous direct and transfer connections, you can travel the whole world from Friedrichshafen. The zeppelins of the airship pioneer Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin already started their worldwide triumphal march here!
The airport also has a direct train connection and regular bus connections for convenient onward travel to the city centre!
